When you choose SkyRun to manage your property, you get a listing for your property on our full service main website www.SkyRun.com where SkyRun markets your unit completely without you needing to spend any time on it. In addition, you also get a free listing on this website, keystone.OwnersGuest.com. From this website, you can CHOOSE to interact on email and/or the phone directly with prospective guests that find your listing on this website. The keystone.OwnersGuest.com website is also where you as an owner, can see and manage other aspects of the rental of your condo online.

You DO NOT NEED a userid to be a SkyRun client. We are more than happy to take care of your website listing, pricing and guest inquiries for you, and we email your statement to you. So if you don't want to view past statements or maintain your own website, you don't need a userid at all!

If you DO get an owners userid on keystone.ownersguest.com, you can:

• Update your own website listing on both skyrun.com and ownersguest.com including unlimited photos and text.
  
  
• Update the current pricing for your condo up or down or add new seasons or minimum stays to create your own pricing strategy if you choose to do this.
  
  
• View present and past owners' statements from SkyRun (starting July 2006) and past yearly rental summaries (starting in Aug 2005).
  
  
• Participate in our 'owners forums' where you can post questions and information and share with your fellow condo owners that are also SkyRun clients.
  

By clicking on the link above, you will fill out a form online with your name and address and choose your own password, then you will get an activation email where you can click on the link. SkyRun will also get an email and we'll link your condo listing your your userid and then you're all set!

To log on in the future, go to keystone.ownersguest.com, click on 'condo owners' and then log on. After logging on, you'll see a new menu where you can view your statements or manage your condo listing. We will send you a .pdf file with instructions on how to do this.
